Yoko Ono "Wish Tree"

This is a photo of the Yoko Ono "Wish Tree" in the courtyard of the Guggenheim Collection in Venice. There was no paper left on which to write a wish. Guess I'll just have to send her a psychic wish.

Fish market closed today.

This is the notice saying the Rialto fish market would be closed today because of the filming of The Tourist, a film starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp. Apparently Alan Bowman has a job showing Angelia and Brad around Venice.

This card is from a collection of old citizen band postcards from the 1970's that give information about an operator to share with other operators. This collection of cards - about 150 of them - were acquired from a local flea market today for the ontological museum along with aprox. 200 snapshot photographs and misc. other items.
