I cant get it to switch directions.This will haunt me for days.
clockwise for me too but couldnt change it despite squinting and crouching behind the keyboard and trying to catch it by surprise!
Clockwise first, then it changed to anti-clockwise when I looked away and back again.I find I can change the direction by looking at the shadow of the dancer's foot.Clever stuff!
When I first looked at it I could only see it clockwise and it seemed impossible to see it any other way. But I found that if I looked up and down the left edge of the image I could get it to switch direction. Try that if it only goes one direction.
When I first looked it was going counter-clockwise, then it suddenly switched to clockwise and I couldn't get it to switch back again.
